eImprovement.com, LLC Builds Up Customer Confidence With PowerReviews™

Top Online Home Improvement Retailer Adds Product Reviews to Enhance Customer Service and Satisfaction
“Word of mouth has traditionally been a powerful way of driving sales,” said Michael Fox, COO of eImprovement. “When other consumers give a 5-star rating, the endorsement can provide powerful credibility that we cannot convey otherwise on our product pages. Customers are more willing to take the advice of other shoppers versus what we may advise as best sellers or featured products.”
The PowerReviews technology platform for collecting, organizing, structuring and moderating relevance-based reviews helps online retailers significantly leverage customer reviews and boost their sales by giving shoppers access to the most meaningful reviews from people just like them. The user-generated content and community drives the highest sales uplift in the industry.
“The end goal is to leverage this valuable review content across our network of sites as well as on Buzzillions.com – their product review and research shopping portal to drive additional traffic,” said Nick Fox, President of eImprovement.
“We are pleased to work with eImprovement.com to provide their network of shoppers with highly relevant product reviews,” said Jay Shaffer, VP of Sales and Marketing at PowerReviews.com. “Their customers are actively searching for insightful product feedback and recommendations on their highly personable and stylized products.”

As COO, Fox will be in charge of overseeing operations, finance, customer service, and HR functions. He will take the reigns of driving the growth strategy and marketing initiatives for all of the Home Fixtures’ e-commerce divisions. eFaucets.com Partners with Easy2 Technologies to Provide Retail Rich Interactive Product Demos for Key Products Online.

eFaucets.com Partners with Easy2 Technologies to Provide Retail Rich Interactive Product Demos for Key Products Online.
RACINE, WI—March 7, 2006—eFaucets.com, a division of Home Fixtures LLC, a leading online retailer of kitchen and bath faucets and fixtures, today announced that it has formed a partnership with Easy2 Technologies to provide interactive product demos for key products online. Now customers can experience products as they would in a brick and mortar retail location. Easy2 helps retailers offer their customers the rich retail experience that the Internet has been lacking. Bringing products to life online, engages customers in ways no ordinary web presence can.
67% of online shoppers say they are more likely to purchase an item after experiencing a rich retail product demonstration.
Current leading display technology, such as zoom, rotation capabilities, and two-dimensional animation, has dramatically increased online sales for many retailers. But as home computers and Internet connections continue to quicken and online shoppers continue to demand a more engaging experience, Easy2 Technologies is prepared to focus its Rich Retail technology development on the next generation of online shoppers.
If you have ever doubted the future of e-commerce, chew on this: According to the “The Digital Future Report” released by the USC Annenberg School Center for the Digital Future, three-quarters of Americans use the Internet, spending an average of 13 hours online each week. The average online shopper makes about 30 purchases via the Web annually and 75 percent of Internet consumers research products online before buying them at retail stores. And more than two-thirds of those polled say that buying online has reduced their purchasing in retail stores.
Given these facts, most retail Web sites still have not tapped into their vast potential and basically serve as online product catalogs. Sure, some have tinkered with dynamic content and Flash technology, but now with some help from Easy2, online retailers can bring their products to life.
“Easy2’s Rich Media Interactive demos will help our customers see our products in action in a virtual showroom. Many brick and mortar showrooms only provide hard mounted fixtures and cannot show the products in real life action.,” said Michael Fox, COO of Home Fixtures LLC. “By bring the products to life we believe our customers will be more comfortable in their purchases by making more knowledgeable decisions. The end result should positively increase our bottom line.”
Easy 2.

Wind River Financial and Johnson Bank Win Merchant Processing Order From Internet Retailer eFaucets.com
RACINE, WI (PRWEB) September 3, 2006 – eFaucets.com has awarded a multi-year processing contract to Madison-based Wind River Financial, which beat out three other global processors competing for the chance to work with the company’s booming growth in the online sales of specialty home improvement products.
Wind River Financial won the contract in part because of its competitive terms, personal customer service approach and relationship with Racine based Johnson Bank as its sponsor bank. The deal will save eFaucets.com thousands of dollars in annual processing fees which can now be spent on other avenues to fuel growth. The company had previously been with one of the nation’s largest ecommerce processors, but did not feel it was getting the type of attention it needed in order to rapidly grow.
“We selected Wind River because of their promise to sit down with us and manage our aggressive growth expectations,” said Nick Fox, co-founder and President of eFaucets.com. “This will help us roll out our new niche product websites with unlimited potential.”
“Our advantage online is how we deliver superior customer service,” said Michael Fox co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of eFaucets.com. “We achieve this by always being available to our customers with a full service call center reachable by email, live chat, or phone.” Michael Fox went on to say, “Wind River and Johnson Bank also share the same philosophy to treat every customer like family. They are also local which means they have a stake in our community and are easily accessible when we need to meet with their executives.”
“We are delighted to be working with eFaucets.com,” said Matt Uselman, President of Wind River Financial. “They have built an impressive business in a short period of time, which speaks volumes about the positive shopping experience and service they provide their customers.” Matt Uselman added, “Our approach, which combines highly competitive pricing with a defined service program that is unmatched in the industry, is a great fit for them.”

eFaucets.com Gets New Parent and Adds Real Time Inventory

eFaucets.com Gets New Parent and Adds Real Time Inventory To Improve Customer Service and Conversions.
Racine, WI (PRWEB) October 10, 2006 – Home Fixtures LLC the parent of the premier kitchen and bath store eFaucets.com has reorganized to become eImprovement.com, LLC. The change will allow the company to better brand itself as it adds new niche product sites later this year and expands internationally with additional investment of capital.
“We are very pleased with the transition and the new brand we have created,” said Nick Fox, President “This will help propel our family of ecommerce sites and create a more prominent brand connection across the individual sites.” The company’s eFaucets.com site has seen triple digit increases in growth since 2003 with 178% so far in 2006. eImprovement plans to launch several sites on its newly developed .NET ecommerce platform with the latest features and offerings for lighting, home, and door fixtures in the 4th quarter. The company has targeted $50 million as its sales milestone in 2007. eFaucets.com will also get an overhaul with added features as it turns up the flow to be the number one niche site for faucets on the internet. The company plans to aggressively challenge its competitors for the number one spot in each market with new advertising campaigns.
eFaucets.com has recently implemented a real-time inventory display on every product page to improve customer service and conversions. Through its new platform, the company has meshed its warehouse inventory system with that of its manufacturers and suppliers to show its total available inventory for each product right on the product page. No longer will a customer need to take the added step of calling in to double check availability on in-stock products.” said Michael Fox, Chief Operating Officer. “We want the customers shopping experience to be as easy and as fast as possible.” The company believes that the new stock tool will boost conversions as customers comparison shop to see which competitor actually has the product. “We are one of the few to actually ship stock products the same day for fast delivery” said Michael Fox. “Some of our competitors claim to have things in stock, but actually take weeks to get it in their warehouse and we want customer to know that we have it ready to go.” The company also believes that the stock tool will reduce its existing call center volume by 40% to become more efficient to handle the new sites.

eFaucets.com launched their affiliate program on Commission Junction only about 3 months ago. The Commission Junction network doesn’t publish EPC (earnings per 100 clicks) rankings until the program is stabilized at about the 90 day timeframe. Coming out of the box swinging, eFaucets showed up after 90 days as Number 1 in the “Kitchen” category with a 3 month EPC of over $100. Companies interested in marketing eFaucets.com can sign up as a publisher at www.eFaucets.com/affiliates.asp
“With an overall conversion rate of 4.5% and an average sale amount of almost $400 it is easy to see why affiliates are singing the praise of this program launch” says Durk Price, Affiliate Manager for eFaucets.

LightingCatalog.com is operated by the same award-winning representatives and state-of-the-art call center as eFaucets.com.
“After running our first 500 test orders on just a few key brands, we were very pleased with the results,” said Michael Fox, COO of eImprovement.com, LLC. “Our unique Brand, Type, Room, or Price search option combined with multiple payment and financing options delivered impressive conversions.”
“Some of the leaders in the space hide the brand name and product sku number, which doesn’t allow the customer to comparison shop or learn about the brand they are purchasing,” said Nick Fox, President of eImprovement.com, LLC. “We want the customer to be very informed about the brand they are purchasing because no two brands are alike, and all of them have a history and story to tell.
